  • If the payment was made via cash on delivery (COD), the refund will be provided as store credit or direct bank transfer.

Shipping Costs

  • For voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind), customers will bear the return shipping costs.

Damaged During Transit

  • If the product arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a quick resolution.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Post this period, cancellations may not be possible.
