- If the payment was made via cash on delivery (COD), the refund will be provided as store credit or direct bank transfer.

Shipping Costs

Damaged During Transit
- If the product arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a quick resolution.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Post this period, cancellations may not be possible.
